We believe in simple and transparent pricing. We offer a flat rate of 25 TZS per SMS (tax inclusive) across all major Tanzanian mobile networks: Vodacom, Yas, Halotel, TTCL, and Airtel.

There are no registration fees, monthly subscription costs, maintenance fees, or hidden charges. You only pay for the SMS credits you use.

To register your institution's custom brand name (e.g., ChuoChaMipango, MjumbeSec):

• Log into your MjumbeSMS dashboard.
• Navigate to the **Sender ID Manager** and click "Request Sender ID".
• Enter your desired brand name (maximum 11 characters, letters and numbers only).
• Upload your institution's registration certificate, Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) certificate, and a signed authorization letter (template provided in the dashboard).
• Submit the request. Our admin team will review and clear it.

Standard regulatory clearance with the Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority (TCRA) and operators takes between **24 to 48 hours**.

Instant Start: While waiting for your custom Sender ID to be approved, you can immediately send SMS using our default "MjumbeSMS" system name at no extra cost.

Please note that in compliance with TCRA guidelines, sending fraudulent, misleading, political, or adult content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

Absolutely. You can compose your message, import your contacts, and select the exact date and time you want the SMS to be dispatched. Our system processes scheduled batches in the background and sends you a delivery report once completed.
